Eric joined Rockwell Management in 2011 as a Property Administrator for a multi-million-dollar asset located in the Houston Medical Center. Eric was promoted to District Manager in 2014 and oversees the day-to-day operations of over 2,000+ units. Prior to joining Rockwell, Eric had worked extensively in the Texas and Florida markets overseeing the renovation and re-positioning of multiple assets. Eric began his career over 20 years ago as a leasing consultant and he brings years of hard work, expertise, and local knowledge to the Rockwell team.
